Before making a booking....

Before making an enquiry, we ask you to read the following terms and conditions.

We accept Motorhomes, Campervans and Full Conversions, and Caravans only, we are unable to accept vans, tents, trailer tents or trailer caravans. If you falsely book under a Caravan/Motorhome/Campervan, you will be asked to leave the site and will not be issued a refund.

Sorry, no sleeping in cars, or towing vehicles please.

Your Vehicle

Max vehicle length 8.5m.

All vehicles are to be parked on your booked pitch.

One touring unit per booked pitch.

Due to restricted space and a busy Marina, we are unable to accommodate additional vehicles for the Touring Park on the Marina site.

All vehicles must be parked in accordance with our parking guidelines.

• Continental units must drive in.
• UK versions must reverse in.

This is for the comfort of all guests, so as to not walk out onto each other. You will be asked to turn around if you are not sited correctly.

We recommend you have a 25m EHU cable on site.

Pitches are allocated the morning of arrival, requests can be made on booking if you would like to be near another booking, or choose a specific pitch, but please note this is not always possible.

Pitches 5-12

‍Suitable for: any unit with additional car or awning.

Pitches 1-4 and 13-23

Suitable for: One motorhome/campervan with additional car or awning (no caravans).

Pitches 0 and 24

Please note these pitches are parallel pitches and not suitable for awnings or additional cars (max 7m).

Pitch 25

Suitable for: One motorhome/campervan with additional car (no caravans) max 7.5m. This pitch has a lake view, however is not directly around the lake the same as pitches 0-24. It is also nearby the public footpath gate which may cause a slight disturbance, hence a slight reduction in pitch fee (please see site map for further information and location)

‍Pitch 12a ‍

Suitable for: One Motorhome or Campervan (no caravans), no awning space.

Non-electric pitch, available October-April while the rear overflow area is closed.

Our Grass Pitches

Non-electric pitches, available May-September. Please see site map for location.

Suitable for: One Motorhome or Campervan (no caravans).

Space for awning only, no additional vehicles please.

Sorry, we do not allow generators.

Our Hardstanding Marina Pitches

Non-electric pitches on hardstanding, available June-August. Please see site map for location.

Suitable for: One Motorhome or Campervan (no caravans).

Space for roller awning only, no additional vehicles please.

Sorry, we do not allow generators.

Sleeping

We allow sleeping in the tourer unit only - no sleeping in cars/towing vehicles.

No sleeping in awnings please due to spacing.

Pricing

Rates are displayed on the table above.

Pricing includes up to 2 people, car/caravan, car/campervan or car/motorhome per night and all with 10 amp EHU unless stated.

Awnings are included in pitch price.

Pets

Up to 4 dogs are permitted per pitch. Dogs are charged on a per dog, per day basis. Banned breeds are not permitted.

No cats please.

Discounts

We are a small independently owned site and do not have the backing of a large membership corporation, we respectfully ask that you do not ask for membership discounts, OAP discounts or multiple pitch booking discounts as we do not offer them.

Check in/out

Check in from 12.30pm from 2024
Please do not arrive on site until 12.30pm as we are unable to accommodate touring vehicles on site until check in. Please do not wait at the gate and block the entrance.

Check out by 11am
We are unable to offer late check out on pitch, however if there is another pitch available you are welcome to book an additional day/night.

LATE DEPARTURES (OFF PITCH)

Designated parking for late departures is available within the Marina. This is parking only for those that are due to depart and must be prebooked.

October-March £8 for parking 11am-4.30pm. April-September £10 for parking 11am-4.30pm

Cancellations

Over 28 days of arrival date: Full refund minus £15.00 booking fee, or ONE free change of date.

Within 28 days of arrival date: No refunds under any circumstances. If we manage to rebook your original booking either fully or part of, we shall credit each night rebooked less a £5 admin fee per night to your account. Credits applied are valid for a maximum of 6 months and can only be used ONCE.

We are not responsible if you have booked your stay due to a local event that is subsequently cancelled.

‍A CHANGE OF DATE IS A STILL A CANCELLATION OF ORIGINAL BOOKING DATE AND WILL BE TREATED AS ABOVE.

Early departure: Sorry, no refunds or credits will be given for early termination of stay under any circumstances.

We are not responsible for the weather, breakdowns, medical issues, positive Covid tests etc.

We recommend you take travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.

Your Details

It is essential on booking that we are given an up to date email address and mobile number for access to the site. If either of them change between booking and arrival, please let us know.
